Salad With Chicken Breast Quick Recipe


Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 400 g
Cabbage Peking - 200 g (can be replaced)
Tomatoes - 4 pieces
Eggs - 2 pieces
Cucumber - 1 piece
Sweet pepper - 2 pieces
Natural yogurt - 200 g
Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l
Salt, pepper - to taste


Preparation:
Chicken fillet cut into not too thick pieces (each weighing about 100 g). Slightly beat off with a hammer. Salt and pepper. Fry in a frying pan in 1 tbsp. l. olive oil until cooked.
