Chicken Seekh Kabab

  We are gong to make chicken seekh kabab its a very simple recipe we have taken 500 gms of boneless chicken put in mixer jar to make mince add coriander and mint leaves add green chilies and golden brown fried onion.




Now make smooth mince pastere move the mince from mixer jar in to a bowl add roasted gram flour add 1 egg add 2 finely chopped onion add salt to taste add coriander and mint leaves add butter add 1 teaspoon coriander powder add 1 teaspoon red chili powder add 1 teaspoon homemade garam masala add 1 lemon juice add 1 tb spoon ginger garlic paste.

Mix all ingredients well mix butter also well seekh should have little butter or some kind of fat add ginger garlic paste mix ginger garlic paste mix it well. Now we will make seekh we have taken a wooden Dal/pulse  masheru may use skewers apply some oil on the wooden stick make seekh in this way placing mixture on the stick make in such a way that u can see finger impression on the seekh.

 There should be hole in the seekh so that it can easily cooked in the panwe have heated the pan and oil place seekh in the pan and make other seekh also in same manner adjust the flame we will not cook seekh with closed lid turn seekh to other side to cook the seekh from all sides well while fliping and turning now we will give a twist we have placed the net on gas place the seekh on net to roast  and give a charcoal flavor drop some pure ghee/butter/oil this will enhance the taste of seekh roast it from all side by flipping and turning this will give charcoal flavor to seekh..now prepare all the seekh in same manner when we drop oil on the seekh it gives a very nice aroma and taste to the seek hnow its ready to serve.... Delicious... Ummmmgarnish with butter and salad.. Melting butter... WOW...serve with green salad.
