Ingredients (for 1 person):
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1 natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened oatmeal (or muesli)
- 5 to 10 cups milk
- 2 ice cubes
Preparation of the recipe - Smoothie fruits and cereals :
Peel bananas and apples, put them in a blender with the yogurt, raisins and cereals.
Add a little milk (start with 5 cl) and add more if you want to make the liquid smoothie.
Mixer 1 minute.
Add the ice cubes, mix 2 minutes. Serve.
